Opis:
This 7 hour hike started in Kilcherberg (reached by gondola from Silenen) and went up past the 'Hexensteig' Via Ferrata to the lake in Seewli and up over the Seewli Ridge. On the other side, the path leads down into Brunni Valley and on to Unterschächen. It was incredibly windy. Gusts of wind battered me especially hard during the last climb to Seewli Ridge and literally stopped me in my tracks a few times. The Sittlisalp gondola that would have saved my knees 500 height meters could not operate because of the winds. If you have vertigo, I'd recommend taking the longer way down rather than the path I took to reach Unterschächen. The path down Rüss is scary steep.
