http://wwtrek.com ➤ After our summit day, we stay at the Millennium Camp instead of continuing downward to the Mweka Camp for a couple of reasons: 1) it's easier to cover the distance between Millennium and Mweka camps when guests are well-rested after a good night's sleep, and 2) the Mweka Camp tends to be a wet camp as it sits near the rainforest on Kilimanjaro. We pass through the Mweka Camp for a bathroom break on day 7 as we wrap up our Kilimanjaro climb.
