Bhaktapur, anche conosciuta come Bhadgaon o Khwopa, è un'antica città newari nella parte est della valle di Kathmandu, in Nepal.
Si trova nel distretto di Bhaktapur e ha circa 80 000 abitanti. È una delle 58 municipalità del Nepal, costituita nell'anno nepalese 2006 (1950 d.C.).
