Opis:
Aerial 4K drone video of Dunmore head and near by Coumeenoole beach and Coumeenoole Ohgam stone. The most westerly point of mainland Ireland and a stunning, ever changing Atlantic vista. In the background are the nearby Blasket Islands. This headland is on Slea head drive on the Dingle peninsula, co. Kerry. The headland makes for a very treacherous coastline and many ships have run aground on the rocks even into recent times. The waters between the headland and the Great Blasket Islands can also be very treacherous, particularly as there can be an extremely strong mid-tidal flow of up to three knots in the sound.
