von Latschau ging es zur Lindauer Hütte,von dort ging es gleich weiter zum Bilkengrat und somit zur Tilisuna Hütte.Nach einer kurzen Rast ging es dann hinunter ins Gampadels Tal
über die gleichnamige Alpe-Grabs-Latschau.
