Siamo partiti da Castello 1585 m, abbiamo raggiunto il Rif, Vallanta dove abbiamo pernottato, il giorno seguente abbiamo effettuato la Traversata delle tre punte, che tocca il Picco Montaldo 3444 mm il picco Coodlige 3340 m e il picco Lanino 3348 m. La discesa è stata fatta dalla Via Normale della parete sud con una serie di doppie da 25 m.
