Recently I successfully completed the Tour Du Mont Blanc (TMB) over 7 days. I hiked a total of 106 miles or 170km, 10,000m or 30,000ft in altitude, for 48 hours of moving time across the Alps from France to Italy and Switzerland around the Mont Blanc massif.
