Die Tilisunahütte liegt auf einer Höhe von 2.211m südlich von Tschagguns, nördlich der Sulzfluh, in aussichtsreicher Lage mit Blick ins Montafon. Sie eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für mehrtägige Touren von Hütte zu Hütte rund um das Rätikon.
