Sillustani, Puno is a pre-Inca cemetery on the shores of Lake Umayo near Puno. The tombs called chullpas are perched atop a plateau that offers out of this world views. We visited chullpas de sillustani at sunset after we learned a bit about typical Peru food and got to pet a few llamas .
