This fifth and final section of our 250 mile thru hike across the Olympic Peninsula along the Pacific Northwest Trail picks up where we left off at the mouth of the Hoh River at the Pacific Ocean in Olympic National Park. The trail follows the Olympic Wilderness Coast for 45 miles North, crossing sandy beaches, rocky headlands, and tide pools teeming with marine life. The trail brings us to the Western most point in the contiguous United States, and the Western Terminus of the PNT, Cape Alava.
