This third section of our 250 mile thru hike of the Olympic Peninsula along the Pacific Northwest Trail picks up where we left off at Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park. After resupplying in Port Angeles, the trail takes us Westbound through the Elwha Valley, up to Appleton Pass, across the Sol Duc and Seven Lakes Basin, and along the famous High Divide. We end this section on Bogachiel Peak, before dropping down into the rainforest.
