THE BRIDGE TO NOWHERE HIKE! The Bridge To Nowhere Hike is a 9.5 mile hike located in the Angeles National Forest about 1 hour outside of LA. The trail is one of the most popular hikes in Los Angeles. It features about 1,200 feet of elevation gain and multiple river crossings. The bridge was originally built to connect the San Gabriel Valley to Wrightwood. In 1938, a massive flood washed away the road leading to the bridge & changed the landscape of the canyon. The project was abandoned but the bridge still stands. Come along with me as I hike one of Los Angeles' most iconic hikes! If you've hiked to the Bridge to Nowhere or plan to, let me know in the comments below! #BridgeToNowhere #BridgeToNowhereHike
