Episode #6 of the Backpacking South America series brings us deep inside the jungle of Manu National Park.
Seven hours by car, five hours by boat and another hour of hiking before we reached our deepest point of the trip. Along the way we saw monkeys, big birds, colorful birds, the most painful bullet-ant and much more! All before we arrived at the hide-out deep in the primary rainforest, where we searched for the jaguar, puma, tapir and capibara.
