Beautiful locations to visit in the Östergotland region. Not all the locations in the video are necessarily from the Viking Age but were built more than 600 years ago. Rök Runstone is of particular importance to Swedish culture as it is considered to be the first written trace of Swedish culture. In Viking times, these Runstones were considered to have healing powers. (Take this with a pinch of salt. I tested the stone and after 2 days I still have a cold).
