Opis:
Grossglockner- „Südwandwächter“, 600 m, WI 6-, M 7; Zustieg 1,00 Std, Kletterei 7,00 Std, Abstieg 2,00 Std.
Charakter: Eine imposante, sehr eindrückliche Linie am höchsten Berg Österreichs. Die Route befindet sich genau zwischen dem Stüdlgrat (SW- Grat) und dem wenig bekannten Südgrat und führt im Wesentlichen durch die markante Verschneidung genau auf das Glocknerschartl rauf. Steile Eisstufen wechseln sich mit Felspassagen ab.
