Opis:
Como cada viernes salimos de ruta, recorridos cerca de la capital almeriense. Esta semana el personal de menos nivel, tenían previsto a caminar algo suave por el Toyo. Siempre pienso que hay que subir un poco el nivel, sobre todo para ver como llevamos nuestro cuerpo. No hace falta salir y pegarse una hinchada de correo o meterse en un gimnasio y machacarse. Con salir al campo y sudar la camiseta es suficiente.
