Salvador Hurtado, Mari Trini Torralvo, Sergio Cano y Javier García han sido los almerienses que han viajado a Argentina para coronar el cerro del Aconcagua.
En esta expedición llegaron en primer lugar al Parque, tres de sus miembros (Salvador, Mari Trini y Sergio). Una semana después llegó Javier, el cuarto integrante del único grupo de españoles en el campamento.
