Opis:
After feeling unhappy and not fit, I changed everything and started running every day! This is what happend, the progress I made and why I did it.
After traveling Latin America for 7 months I was out of shape. That's when I started this challenge, running for 30 days straight! Not my first runs, but also definitely not my last!
