(from blog: www.suisu-ni-oide.ch) 美しい景色を見ながら歩くコースだ。ワレンシュタットベルクの診療所（「Walenstadtberg, Reha-Klinik」）までバスで行ける。ここから急な上り坂を上る。コンクリート道路を歩くのが嫌いなら、シュワルディスまでの1時間はコンクリートロードだから、別のツアーにした方がいいかもしれない。私もコンクリートロードが好きではないが、周りの山、谷、ワールン湖の景色が本当に美しいから、いいかと思い、歩き出した。途中で「パクスマル（Paxmal）」という 平和の記念建造物がある。1924年から1949年にかけてカール・ビッケル氏によって建てられた。ビッケル氏はスイス郵便切手のグラフィックデザイナーであり、「パックスマーリ」を死後にスイス郵便に残した。パワースポットとも言われる場所であり、確かに心を動かした。シュヴァルディスから草地の小道を下り、崖の上にある森に歩いた。時々、奈落の底と崖の下が垣間見え、少し緊張した。ワレンシュタットベルクの「Walenstadtberg, alte Post」バス亭に着いたら、終了だ。A bus takes you all the way up to the clinic in Walenstadtberg. From here, the road leads you steeply uphill. If you hate walking on concrete roads, this tour might not be for you, since you'll be walking on one until Schwaldis Alp. The views up to the Churfirsten towering above and across the Walensee to the mountain panorama beyond make up for it though. Beautiful views abound! The 'Paxmal', a piece monument and labor of love, built by Karl Bickel between 1924 and 1949, is an additional attraction of this hike. Mr. Bickel was a graphic designer who created post stamps, among other things, and gifted the monument to the Swiss Post on his death. Called a power spot, the Paxmal is a very moving art piece and well worth the small detour. From Schwaldis, the path descends through grassy areas and enters the forest on top of cliffs. From time to time, you catch a glimpse of the abyss and the cliff faces below, which is rather thrilling. Be sure to pick a nice resting spot and enjoy the view, before returning to Walenstadtberg.
