Giro ad anello con partenza dal lago di Braies si risale il ghiaione sulla sinistra seguendo il sentiero dell'Alta Via per giungere al Rifugio Biella... proseguendo in piano si prende il sentiero che porta alla Forcella Riodalato... inizia la discesa e seguendo il sentiero si arriva alla strada bianca che riporta al lago.
