El Nordic Running es básicamente correr por bastones o palos. Es un deporte del cual los trailrunners, podemos obtener grandes beneficios, ya que los bastones son muy utilizados en el trail en todas sus distancias....ultratrail, maratón, media maratón e incluso verticales. Como toda actividad deportiva requiere de un aspecto técnico, que no debemos olvidar. En este vídeo trato de explicar muy resumidamente, la utilización de bastones mientras corremos.
