Opis:
Pico Cristóbal Colón je najvišja gora Kolumbije z ocenjeno višino 5730 metrov (18.800 ft). Pico Cristóbal Colón in Pico Simón Bolívar sta dve najvišji vrhovi Kolumbije in sta zelo enaka po nadmorski višini. Eden od teh vrhov je zato peti najbolj prominenten na svetu (glej seznam vrhov po prominenci). Najbližji višji vrh je Cayambe, približno 1288 kilometrov (800 mi) stran. Na tem vrhu in na bližnjih gorah je stalni snežni pokrov. Je del verige Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta skupaj s Pico Simón Bolívar. Vrh je poimenovan po Kristoforu Kolumbu.
