We were almost tempted to release this one as an April Fool's joke.... just leave you wondering if Ollie is totally serious or him and Finn are in on an elaborate wind up! Seriously though, there's been absolutely loads of you who've been asking us for exercises that you can do at home if you're stuck in the situation with no weights. Even as the current situation started to become apparent a couple of weeks back, we were hearing that shops were selling out of weights almost instantly.
