These 17 athletes are already blazing new trails in climbing, trail running, alpinism and snowsports.

Now they have the opportunity to turn their passion into a career. The first members of our Athlete Development Program will each receive a two-year contract for the funding, gear, education and mentorship they need to accelerate their progress.
