Die Grubachspitze ist ein 2102m hoher Gipfel in den Allgäuer Alpen.
Der Berg ist der Hausberg der Lechtaler Ortschaft Vorderhornbach. Trotz eines gut markierten Weges und des leichten Schwierigkeitsgrades wird der Gipfel nur sehr wenig begangen. Meist sind nur sehr wenige Bergsteiger auf dem Weg dorthin anzutreffen.
