Opis:
In this video Cam Kellar tries his first 5.11a sport route on lead, and what better route than the highest rated 11a in the New River Gorge to get your feet wet in the grade. Although he did not send, Kellar was able to reach the chains after a few falls and hangs. Legacy is located on the Snake Buttress along Endless Wall at the New River Gorge. This route can easily be accessed by hiking out the Endless Wall trail and heading down the Honeymoon ladders. Once down the ladders, head climbers right between two house sized boulders and Legacy will be towering above you. Legacy brings the heat, from technical face climbing to roof pulling, this route has it all. It is a must do at the NRG. Y'all can expect more from this route in the future! Also located on the same wall, according to the man, the myth, the legend, Chris Sharma 'The Racist' 5.13b is 'the perfect rock climb'.
