Shoulder injuries are so common in climbing and can be extremely frustrating! However there are still lots of things we can continue to make progress in while our shoulders recover. In this video Ollie shows us how to continue to train things like finger strength with better shoulder positions. He shows the best way to continue to climb through a shoulder injury and how to continue to build strength with specific exercise modifications.
