In this episode, Ollie walks us through how climbers can train to the best of their abilities with a knee injury. Over the years Lattice coaches have been asked to help train many climbers with leg and knee injuries including 5 climbers with broken legs in full length casts. This process has shown us anyone can still get loads from their training sessions despite the restrictions of leg or knee injuries. Ollie also explains how to focus on the most common lower body climbing injury, knee pain.
