Ok.... on to the video! We thought we'd do something a little different this time and take some of the Lattice Coach Team off to learn crack climbing with Tom Randall. Most of our coaches climb 5.14 and/or V11+ but that doesn't necessarily mean they're crack pros! Whilst we all know that coaches like Maddy Cope and Oli Grounsell have loads of big wall crack experience, there's ALWAYS something more to learn and also there's loads to pick up on how you train for crack climbing.
