Veliki Hafner je 3076 m visok rahlo poledenel vrh v Ankogelgrupi na meji med Koroško in Salzburgom. Je najvišja vzpetina Lungaui in Hafnergrupe med Katschtalom (zgornjim Liesertalom), Maltatalom in Murtalom, tisto podskupino Ankogelgrupe, kjer so najvzhodnejši tiritusendri Alp. Severna pobočja Velikega Hafnerja so od 1991 večinoma del narodnega parka Hohe Tauern.
