A quick easy climb 5.4 and video from Seal Rock in Boulder to test some ideas on how to best use and edit footage from the Insta360 One R. Wanted to do that Big double rope rappel too! I used an extended and tipped forward helmet mount and a tracking pole in my backpack. Edited to 1.5x speed to keep it short and more engaging . . .
