gruppo velino sirente , da Forme sentiero n.9 per il canale della sentina, prima che il canale si apra completamente in corrispondenza di un alberello isolato dx di sale direttamente,si percorre la cresta e si scende nel canale' incacchiato' traversandolo, aggirata una costola rocciosa si sale direttamente in vetta.discesa stessa via.6 ore circa 10km..
