Start in Maria Alm bei der Aberg Bahn - über Unterberg zur Abergalm - weiter Lohningalm - Hundstein - Statzerhaus - Downhill in die Scharte zum Ochsenkopf - Richtung Schwalbenwand immer Auf WW-Trail bleiben bis unterhalb der Schwalbenwand - weiter Richtung Thumersbach - unterhalb des Mitterberghof auf Maishofener Höhenweg nach Maishofen - den RW über Gerling - Almdorf und zuletzt noch über den Schattberg zurück nach Maria Alm
