Der Pfaffenbichl im Schigebiet Hochfügen ist aufgrund der frühen Beschneiung zu Saisonbeginn einer der ersten Schitouren, die gut machbar sind. Nach dem Aufstieg am Pistenrand werden die Ski deponiert und es gilt noch einen abwechslungsreichen Schlußanstieg auf einen ungemein aussichtsreichen Gipfel zu bewältigen.
