We set off from the Coudray parking in the village of Bay towards Chalets de Varan and then up and up to the top of Col de Barmerousse. The last ascent was quite steep with some climbing elements, which was a bit difficult with heavy backpacks with paragliding equipment. Along the way, we watched the cloudiness increase. It was a signal to speed up the pace a bit. The sooner we take off, the better for us. With every passing minute, the clouds fed up from other clouds and grew stronger.
