(From blog: www.suisu-ni-oide.ch) 川でゆっくりしたせいで3時間のツアーを4時間半で行った・・・晴れのはずだったが、ナラウスのスキーリフト場から歩きだしたら、まずは雨に降られた（嬉しくない旦那・・・）。30分経ったら太陽が出て、フレム川の数え切れない滝と美しい自然の中のトライルを楽しめた。非常に楽なトレイルだから、子供連れもオッケー。
We started from the Naraus summit station and got rained on good for half an hour on the way to the Segnes Plain (Segnesboden), a UNESCO world heritage site (...the weather report didn't mention any rain!). After that the weather turned really nice, so we still got to enjoy the beautiful scenery and ice cold water. Was awesome! There's a stunning hiking trail that takes you past one waterfall after another down the river trail 'Trudg Dil Flem' over a series of bridges that are quite new. Very well done.
