(from blog: www.suisu-ni-oide-ch) ロープウェイに乗ってアローザ・ヴァイスホルン山まで登り、前日に予約した日曜日のビュッフェスタイル朝ご飯を食べた（予約は電話で：+41 81 378 84 02）。パノラマレストランなので、360度の展望だ。ヴァイスホルン山からカルメンナ峠に下り、隣のヘルンリ山に登った。ヘルンリ小屋のテラス・レストランで景色を眺めながらゆっくりとビールが楽しめる。ウルデンフルッグリまでのウルデンロープウェイに乗り、グレディクス峠まで歩き続き、左の谷に美しいエルプリ湖まで下りた。周囲の山々はエルプリ湖に映っており、心が静める場所だ。近くのアローザに下り、ヘルンリへのゴンドラ駅でバスに乗った。We started the hike with a Sunday breakfast (called 'Gipfel Z'Morga' in Swiss German dialect) on top of Weisshorn (luxury!). Be sure to call one day in advance to make reservations: +41 81 378 84 02. The path down to Carmänna Pass is steep, but easier to do in summer than in winter (when it turns into a black ski piste). Then back up to Hörnli, where we enjoyed the deck chairs and a cold beer (luxury!) at Hörnlihütte. From here you can either walk or take the Urdenfürggli gondola to the other side. Hikers then share the path up until Gredigs Fürggli with the mountain bikers ('bike attack' the course is called), so be careful. After that the path leads down a beautiful valley to the pure waters of Älplisee. Rest here and quietly enjoy. Another 30-40 minutes will see you back in civilization in Arosa. You can catch a bus at Hörnli gondola station.
