Vom Parkplatz Mauerreith, 1130m dem erkennbaren Forstweg folgen Richtung Mahdalm (nicht bewirtschaftet)
Anschließend entweder den sog. Mahdriedel NO umgehen (eher sichere Verhältnisse erforderlich) oder über den Mahdriedel. Danach SO-wärts weiter bis man einen verfallenen Tierunterstand erreicht.
