Another sunny day helped motivate us out of our sleeping bags on the morning of Day 5 on the GDT, Section C. Floe Lake to Ball Pass was our longest day, so the alarm had to be set for 6:15am. We ripped down to the resupply at Floe Lake trailhead, and with our packs loaded and feet already hurting, embarked on the second half of our day (the uphill part). Even though it was 21km long, it actually didn't end up being our longest day of the trip (check out day 10 when it uploads).
