Začnemo našo serijo Trening osnov s priljubljeno vajo plezalcev, podvigom. S pomočjo Eda Smitha vam dajemo 4 osnovne trening seje za napredek vlečne moči in pomoč pri dvigu plezanja na višjo raven. Te vključujejo klasični podvig, negativne, zaklepe in močne vleke! Prav tako zajemamo, kako vključiti te vaje v svoj trening; kdaj jih trenirati, kako pogosto in na čem se osredotočiti.
