(from blog: www.suisu-ni-oide.ch) 小さいロープウェイに乗って谷のインチからアルニ湖まで700メートルの高さを乗り越えた。アルニ湖のロープウェイ駅に着いたら、まずは可愛いアルペンブリックというレストランでゆっくりとコーヒを飲んだ。アルニ湖から急な高度を上げる森道を進んだ。9月下旬はブルーベリーの季節だから、+1時間を計画した方がいい。1,700～1,800mの標高のブルーベリー天国で美味しいブルーベリーをたくさん食べた。スニグ尾根の十字架にゆっくりと景色を味わいたかったが、帽子を吹き飛ばしすほど強い風が吹き、ラングケレン尾根に進んだ。ラングケレン尾根からライチャッハ谷に下りた。そこは人間の肌の味が好きな牛がいた・・・牛って、こんな長い舌があったんだとびっくり。アルニ湖に戻ったら、ロープウェイで谷に下りる前に同じレストランでアイスを食べた。大満足！
