Die Fineilspitze (auch Finailspitze geschrieben) ist ein Berg im Schnalskamm der Ötztaler Alpen auf der Grenze zwischen dem österreichischen Bundesland Tirol und der italienischen Provinz Südtirol. Der Berg weist eine Höhe von 3516 m auf.
