Opis:
Hoy tocaba entreno de cuestas y que mejor que una buena vertical, con un suelo supertécnico para hacerlas. Mientras subía...me pasó una divertida anécdota que forma parte del vídeo. El trazado que he escogido es la vertical de La Mérica que forma parte del GR 131. Se parte a nivel de mar y se llega aproximadamente a unos 700/800+ de puro sendero técnico, con unas vistas impresionantes. Una vez realizada la subida, queda o ponemos en práctica las bajadas....que también hay que entrenarlas. En fin...un entreno completito.
