In this video I show you have to uncoil a brand new climbing rope. This is super important when you purchase a new rope. If you don't follow this technique you could end up with a massive mess! Be aware that some ropes come pre lap coiled so you won't need to do this. If you are unsure then ask the shop or website from which you bought it. If they don't know then don't use them again!
