Opis:
Hoy hemos tenido tirada larga y como ya viene siendo habitual, nos hemos ido a un sitio emblemático como Beuren y allí nos hemos dedicado a subir sus imponentes riscos. La sesión de hoy era similar a la de la semana pasada, haciendo hincapié en la técnica de subida y en mantener un ritmo constante en la misma. Al final ha sido cuesta para arriba y cuesta abajo todo el rato. Puede parecer monótono pero a mi personalmente este tipo de trabajos, me encantan. El resultado final ha sido muy satisfactorio ya que las piernas han aguantado perfectamente, así como mi rodilla derecha también. Seguimos avanzando y sumando.
