We all love a bit of core training, so that's a good start! What makes it even more interesting when you're doing a lot of it, or you're stuck without loads of interesting kit to training with?
Well, it's called 'training with a partner!' This session is designed to be done with another person and requires almost nothing (apart from motivation!) to get started. The best thing about this, is that if your partner isn't that psyched for the session you can easily do this one with their assistance, but not their full participation in the suffering!
