Opis: Warm-ups are essential for good performance but they can be a bit.... boring. The solution to this is NOT to skip the warm-up and jump straight on the wall (we know some of you do!) but to make it quick and efficient so that you can get the fun bit, climbing! In addition to this it is important to make the warm-up balanced and sufficient for the whole body. In this video we run through Josh's regular but quick full-body warm-up, from legs to fingers.
