Une bien belle sortie en moyenne montagne au départ du charmant petit village d'Ardengost. Passage par le col des Sonères puis direction du Cap Nestès d'où on découvre un vaste panorama sur la station de ski de Nistos-Cap Nestès et sur les sommets ariégeois, haut-garonnais et bigourdans...
