Tocaba entreno diferente, duro, sin concesiones cara a seguir preparando esa carrera vertical, que haremos este mes de junio. Hoy he tenido de todo, mucho calor, sol, diferentes subidas las cuales las hemos afrontado de diferentes maneras para ir ajustando este apartado. También me he topado con las ovejas de un pastor de la zona. El día y las condiciones se presentaban favorables salvo por el calor. En pleno entreno y grabación recibo llamada donde me dicen que me espera un gran recorrido en bici , al finalizar el entreno. En fin...entreno muy completo y divertido
