The updates to the Brooks Glycerin 20 reinforce that consistency—the nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 midsole is soft but supportive with each landing, and the sock-like StealthFit upper is comfy out of the box. This is my first pair of Brooks Glycerins, and they may not be the most exciting daily trainers, but I can see why they've been making it for 20 versions!
